iphone 14 pro max still waiting

i ordered my iphone 14 pro max in space black on the 21/11/22 and i have still not received any message from ee or dpd for a dispatch. i have also rang ee and they can’t do nothing because of dpd. i’ve seen that someone ordered on the 6/12 and had theirs delivered on the 23/12?? it’s been well over a month now and i’ve had nothing! someone please sort it out for me.

There are many threads on this, basically the Chinese covid lockdowns on the iPhone factory stopped production. That simple, nothing to do with EE. 

The higher spec/memory versions of this device are the problem devices as there just aren't any.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@kian-greenland , just to add to what @Northerner has written, why not ring customer service and speak to them, they may have more of an idea when you can expect delivery.

as you can see, i have already rang. that’s why i made the post to see if anyone else knew anything

@kian-greenland they should be able to let you know if your phone has been dispatched or not, and once dispatched, you will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery, so not sure why they could not let you know whether it has been dispatched or not to you. We would have no knowledge here as there is no account access here.

that’s what they said on the phone, they checked my account and said they don’t have any idea of delivery because dpd haven’t got anything about delivery, so i have to just keep waiting 

@kian-greenland , it sounds like DPD have got your order, so you should soon receive notification of delivery from them. Do you have the DPD app/ you can keep an eye on it, make sure the details, including phone number and email address are the same as the ones EE have.

when i go to track a parcel on the dpd app, i have no tracking number to put in. i put the order number i’ve had from ee in and it says nothing, comes up as an error

I’ve ordered around the second week and nothing has come up 

I ordered mine instore last Saturday of November and still nothing six weeks later.....the 15 will be out by the time my 14 arrives🤣
