According to DPD I wasn't in when they tried to delivery a Ring doorbell. However, I was in and they didn't even knock on the door. My order was then returned to the DPD depot and is now on it's way back to EE (no attempt at a 2nd delivery). I've tried ringing EE to cancel my order but every department I get through to says they can't help me and just provide the same number. There are zero options to actually speak to someone about my order. Appalling service from both DPD and EE. I will not be ordering from EE again! How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

Once returned your order will automatically be cancelled.
Alternatively speak to sales on 150.
