Nintendo switch 2 order

Hi, i ordered a nintendo switch 2 mario kart world bundle from EE on the 2nd of Feb, its now 7pm on Wednesday the 4th and it still says order placed in the app, i haven't had any emails to confirm its been dispatched to DPD, not trying to be impatient or anything but ive never ordered from EE before so just want to know if this is normal, thanks for any responses

Welcome to the community.

It is normal to not hear anything from your initial order until it is with DPD, so please don't worry about not hearing anything yet.

We're not able to see specific orders here, but we can check the stock to look at the current dispatch timescale.

Did you order just the Nintendo Switch 2 console with Mario Kart World only, or was it the bundle that also included 2 Joys-Cons, Nintendo Switch 2 Camera, the £50 EE GameCard and 24 months Nintendo Switch Online membership?

Was it purchased outright or was it being paid for monthly on your EE bill?
