You can track all orders our Track Your Order page.
An update to say we're getting your order ready usually means the order has been confirmed and we'll be shipping out to you once we have it packed and ready.
Just so you know, once your order’s been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a link to track your order in the EE app. You can track your order via the EE app at any time.
It's important to ensure your contact details are kept up to date before placing any orders.
You can get in touch with out Electronics Team so they can update your contact number
