I was instructed of Chloe from Dundee sales team my pay as you go sim would be upgraded to pay monthly after 24 hours as she told me I passed credit check
2 month later and I’m still on pay as you go she lied to me to get me off the phone
I left her great feedback for her help to have it thrown back in my face
i have been with EE for a while and for a operation to lie to me, getting my hopes up, just to find out it’s nothing but a lie
very upsetting and complain is being lodged

I'm sorry to hear your upgrade from Pay as you go to Pay Monthly has not yet completed.
Did you receive an order number during the conversation?
It would be best to give our sales team a call on 08009566000 so they can check your order and confirm if your Credit Check was successful.
It's also possible that you've been sent a new SIM card for the Pay monthly, and so your number will transfer to the new SIM card once it's activated.

Thank you for the update. I can understand your disappointment. This is not the standard process for sales and Credit Check.
It's good to hear the manager will be taking this forward for you to get to the bottom of the experience you've had.
