It's been 3 days since I ordered my Esim

Hello, I ordered my Esim three days ago, and I got a confirmation email but that is all, no Esim, no option for anything in the EE app, I cannot contact through phone and I've been trying to get the live chat to work but it never pops up ,

 

I just need someone to please check my order

Our customer service teams are open as usual today, so I'm not too sure why you're struggling to speak to someone about your order. 

SIM cards or eSIM Packs tend to take 3-5 working days to arrive through the post, so I wouldn't expect you to have this just yet with it being the festive period. 

Please try and call us again so we can double check your order details.
