Issue with Order Tracking – Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra

Dear EE Customer Service Team,

I hope you are doing well. I recently ordered a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra on the 29th of this month, but I have not received any update from DPD regarding the delivery.

Additionally, the tracking number provided is not working, so I am unable to check the status of my order.

I kindly request you to please look into this issue and let me know when I can expect my phone to be delivered.

Did you not read anything when you were signing up here to post this? This is mainly a customer to customer help forum so we have no idea who you are & what your order was, you'll have to call in

Whilst we don't have access to accounts to directly check orders like @garybs29 recommended, we can still take a look at stock levels and give an estimate on when your order is likely to arrive.

That way we can get a good idea if this is being held up for a reason.

Which colour and storage version of the S26 Ultra did you go for here?
