Phone was dispatched and dpd sent my pin and said it would be delivered 30th. On the day an operator said there was an issue at the depot and no parcels had left the depot that day and it would be next day. I received a different parcel from the same depot next day but my phone is still saying it’s being held at the depot.
Anyone else having this issue with dpd?

Welcome to the community.
As @Northerner said, the delay could be down to the New Year bank holiday. If you don't hear from DPD tomorrow, it may be worth getting in contact with them directly for an update, or speaking with our Customer Support team.

Thank you! I knew about the bank holidays but I had received other parcels from DPD that arrived at the depot after the EE parcel, so seemed odd.
They told me it needed rerouting twice, then it was on hold due to possible damage or loss they didn’t know what.
This morning they have said to contact EE to open an investigation as it seems to be lost.
