Pixel 10 pro xl order

I ordered a new pixel 10 pro xl on the 26th December. I spoke to a member of the CS team over the phone who told me i should expect it today (2nd Jan) but still havent received any update on the order. I understand that due to xmas the timescale is estimated but i would really like an update accurate timescale of this being dispatched?

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 and when you have your order number you can check order tracking: https://ee.co.uk/help/orders

Download the DPD app as well.
