Is it possible to amend an order?

Just a quick question.

I upgraded 2 out of 4 lines last week and took a new line out. The advisor in store unfortunately wasn't up front let's say, however EE have been absolutely brilliant about dealing with the aftermath and my main gripe is sorted. EE comin through as usual which I've always appreciated.

However one of the upgrades was to an iPhone 14 pro. I was told it would take 2 weeks as there was no stock in store. I wasn't aware that there are possibly wider stock issues.

There has been no updates to the order of my phone and now I see online that because of black Friday there are better deals than the one I got.

Considering there has been no movement on my order at this point, is it possible to amend the order to get the black Friday deal?

Basically I went for a 128gb iPhone pro with 100 down payment.. but on Black Friday I can get a 256gb device for the same monthly cost of even a pro max with 128gb for the same cost

Just wondered.

If you ordered in-store you have no "change-of-mind" right of return.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Yeah but I wasn't told there were stock shortages and that it would take upwards of a month for the phone to come in.

He just said they didn't have the phone in store and he would order it and it would come within 2 weeks.

Since found out about supply issues in China and it will take olat least 28 days.

After being missold on 2 other parts of the sale on the same day, while this part was not missold as such, he wasn't honest about the supply issue here. If I'd known I could have made a choice as to whether I wanted to wait over a month
