What about my request? Why won't it let me track it? because I have already called you and gone to the store and I have done everything that you have told me. verify my identity the account number and you have not sent me any text message or email

@Andreii  No one here knows who you are let alone what you’re on about.  This isn’t customer services it’s a public forum.       Would you care to explain what the issue is clearly.

Well, look, I made an order online, they charged me for the order and they don't let me track the order and they say it will arrive in a month, but it's been two weeks and they haven't sent me an email.
