So i applied for a contract they take my deposit then leave me and dont even contact me till I chased them up( after having to jump through multiple departments to find the correct one as theres no option on ees stupid automotive system) to be told I cant have that specific phone but could have another one .... so I said ill call back later after ive had a think half hour goes by and I try my best to get back in touch with the correct department and the guy on the other end doesnt want to connect me through at all and insists I can't even have a phone etc in result I end up asking for my money back and hanging up as this is so stupid I cant even comprehend

@Joedavies27 If they have cancelled your contract, then the deposit will be refunded within 7 days, as it should only be pending until your device is dispatched, not actually taken from your bank, if you get what I mean, but do check your junk mail, otherwise ring customer service by pressing option 2 and then making sure you speak to upgrades.

Checked your junk mail.
If your application was not successful then you should have received an email when your order was processed.
You'll clearly upset becase of the decision EE have made.
