Hi my left iPod does not charge, can you help as to what I can do to fix this? Thanks

Have you tried all the fixes?

Make sure the case is charged up.
Make sure the case is clean.
Make sure your airpod is clean.
Try resetting your airpods.

If all fails and it still doesn't charge then get in touch with Apple direct.
