Hi,
I pre-ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max on September 13, 2025 and received an email confirmation, but when I try to check the order status, the EE website can’t find it. I don’t understand—will it only be visible after the phone has been shipped? I just want to see the current status of my order.

According to other comments on the other threads apparently online orders don’t get processed the same day/same way as over the phone. So basically phone orders are done first it seems and then online processed, which has resulted in a lot of people receiving confirmations the next day.

Ah thanks,never done it online before always over the phone and will never do it like that again I’ve always managed to get my phones launch day but not this year, can’t get an answer from anybody at EE shock.!!

I pre ordered my iPhone 17 pro max on the 15th Sept. I have received confirmation of the order but nothing about delivery. Is there some kind of delay with delivery 🤔 ?

Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly.
They will be able to give you the order confirmation number, which you can then track on our Track Your Order page.
If you already have a confirmation of your order having been fully processed, I would strongly recommend downloading the DPD app and as soon as this has been dispatched you will be notified with the tracking details.
If the order didn't complete correctly they can re-process the order for you.
