I have verbal confirmation of new iPhone 17 Pro Max on checking the application they haven’t agreed to it and phone has still not arrived and no tracking available either

Apple One is included with our Full Works for iPhone plans, does your e-mail order confirmation say that will be your new plan? You mention its not fulfilled on application, do you mean its not available to activate in the app?
As your new plan, which will have Apple One included if its a Full Works for iPhone plan, wont start until you actually receive the phone, so you wont be able to activate it until then.
If your order confirmation says you do not have this plan but you think you should based on the conversation you had when ordering, I would recommend getting in touch to check the order.
The iPhone 17 Pro Max are all on back order at the moment, with the expected time differing depending on what colour and memory size you have ordered. But once it has been dispatched you will be notified by DPD and be sent a link with tracking information.
