I turned off mobile data and can’t turn it back on. It seems there’s an error. How do I resolve this, office is closed and I need to fix this now

How did you turn mobile data off? Whichever method you used to do so, is the method you use to reverse it and enable it.
There'll be a toggle on your phone, and there's also an option within your myEE online login or app.
Which are you trying to use, and what happens when you try to do so? Can you explain more what you mean by "it seems there's an error"?

@amandaawt , go to settings, Mobile Services and then click on Mobile Data, that will switch it on again.
