Hello,
I ordered a lavender Iphone 17 256gb on the 14th of November, I haven't received any emails from EE regarding my order and I desperately need the phone as I've had to resort to using my mother's old Samsung S6+..........
Please could someone look into this? I'm completely in the dark!

You can also download the DPD app and input your details, and you'll be given updates when your parcel is due.

I am so furious with EE, since I hadn't been able to track my order (no email/ text received from them OR DPD), I literally just missed my delivery!
I got home and saw a DPD calling card with a tracking number I had NEVER received. When calling customer service, all they said was "It should be from 1-8 days" with 0 tracking information given.
The EE service has never been this horrible, I hope he redelivers tomorrow.
