Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Well I have just received the weirdest email yet from EE…  they have said about collecting from an EE store, which is actually my address that I have covered up…  and something  about a trade in? I’m not even trading in my phone.

I spoke to EE about that as I got the same email but it’s the wrong template that hasn’t been changed.

yeah I had this aswell and mine Is a home delivery and not a trade in. So I can them the other day about it and it’s apparently just an automatic email and everyone gets it apparently so don’t worry about it.

I spoke with EE this afternoon 

i was told that ny phone Iphone 16pro max 1TB white should be dispatched within 3 days.

i have ordered mine on 16th of September . Hope guy didn’t lie 😉

I ordered a iPhone 16 pro max 1tb desert titanium via a phone call on the 17th of sept (confirmed after further call 18th). Spoke to customer services multiple times & was assured it would be delivered by 14th of October the very latest. Surprise, no phone. What a joke of a company!!

My brother ordered the day after me on 3 and had it 4 days later. Very angry. Could have bought from Apple Store on Amazon multiple times.

So my delivery was a very broken and damaged phone case and screen protector that I didn’t even order. So yeah no phone 🤬

Omg!!! That’s awful, very surprised they sent the phone case separately from the phone. Would have thought they would have sent them together

It explains why I didn’t get a pin sent to me, just slightly annoyed considering I didn’t order a case or screen protector, I’d rather they didn’t send anything with how damaged it is. Just send my phone lol

Did you order full cover with AppleCare services? If so that’s why you received a free case and screen protector bundle however it’s weird that it was sent separately mine was sent with the phone in the same packaging it’s not meant to arrive separately as it’s all part of the same order number.
