Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

so I got onto EE earlier looking for an update as nothing had changed on order tracking. Order was placed on the 26/09, I was told that the delay was due to the particular model I ordered (as I queried how people that had ordered after the 26th had already received their phones). I have been PROMISED that the phone will be dispatched tomorrow and I will receive it this coming week. I ordered the IPhone 16 Pro Max 256gb Desert Titanium.

well that’s some good news at least, I ordered mine on the 25th so 🤞🏼 mine comes this week aswell… waited long enough now tbh

Ordered mine on the 11th October... I might as well just forget about the phone for now as you guys ordered yours way back in September so I won't be expecting mine this month lol.

When I check manage my orders on the EE app it looks like this:

I ordered mine (1TB Pro Max Natural Titanium) on 3rd October and it was delivered 7 days later on 10th October. I think I got lucky.

Ha ha yeah I’d try and forget about it for a while. 
once I actually receive the notification from DPD I’ll post on here, you can get a rough idea of the waiting time then.

So I got a notification from DPD that my EE order was at my local depot and will be with me shortly, I’ve seen some people have been getting PIN number so they can receive their orders. I haven’t had one so will my phone still be delivered. I haven’t ordered a case or screen protector so it can’t be that.

hey, yeah so u should get ur pin in the text from dpd when it’s available for collection or drop off to ur location, the pin is to give to the person that drops off ur phone so they know that it’s arrived at the right place. Also maybe I ask what phone u ordered and when did u order it, just wanna get some perspective for when mine will arrive.😊

Yeah I figured that’s what it is for just I haven’t received one. Maybe I’ll get it when it’s actually out for delivery.  I ordered the white titanium 256gb pro max on the 24th of September and was told within 28 days but when I spoke to somebody last week they’re telling people more than 28 days.

oh well that’s good then because I order the exact same phone and storage but I ordered on the 25th so fingers crossed I get my message through real soon then. Yeah well when I ordered I was told it would come in a week then 14 days then within 28 days and now over 28 days, just gets longer and longer everytime I ask😭

Ah no that’s rubbish to be fair the agent I spoke to was really good he told me from the get go it was within 28 days. To be fair I haven’t had anything from EE even the tracking portal on here states awaiting for dispatch
