Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.
Nope I was promised if I pre ordered it I would get it on launch day and guess what still waiting on a delivery date and don't even get any updates from EE this company is a waste of time how they get the award for best network year after year is a joke they must be paying people of to say that.
Unfortunately due to my upgrade date being today I was unable to order on release day. However I did order the 1TB Natural Titanium Pro Max today (just after midnight but had to confirm some details with EE so didn’t get confirmation email until 10:12am today) and it says “within 14 days” for this particular configuration. Currently says “awaiting confirmation” on delivery date and judging by all these comments it will be optimistic at best to expect movement anytime soon. However my particular configuration seems to be available sooner than others so we shall see I suppose.
I was speaking to them before I’ve been told so many different things keep getting emails saying it’s coming soon etc, when I asked her what’s the waiting time she’s telling me it’s all on DPD
I think the only one that’s out off stock is the desert one (not 100% sure) they keep offering me the natural one as it’s a quicker delivery apparently, so fingers crossed for you
The EE's online tracker does is not at all reliable, so the best thing to do is downloading the DPD app, because that is accurate and once you got your text with your Pin you can check where your phone is and even track the driver making deliveries before your phone arrives at your house.

I hope everyone will have their iPhones soon too.
