Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

I have ordered my new iPhone 16 PM in white on the 27/09. Any ruff idea from people when i might start seeing traction on my order?

Anyone know the quotes they are charging if you keep the old phone on upgrade anytime? I was told over £700 on the phone for a Blue titanium 256gb Pro Max. Last year it was only £400 odd.

I’ve just placed my order and spoke with EE and they said £495 for me. I’ve got the same phone so not sure why they quoted you £700. I’ve got screenshots so they’ll be sticking at £495 for me 😂

Ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max 256gb in White on the 16th and my app has changed my tariff over this morning and got a few text messages from EE in regards to SIM card being dispatched. Tracking shows package has been dispatched also.

My estimated delivery date was originally 4th-7th October last week but hopefully it arrives in the store tomorrow at some stage as I asked for collection due to not being in the house with work and didn't wanna miss it.

havent recieved anything from dpd text wise - called into the ee store that its due to get delivered to and they said nothing has came in yet and they are nonethwiser about my order.

bit frustrating now as it said out for delivery 2 days ago.

nope, mines exactly the same. A simple “sorry for the delay” email from EE would be great just so I know the order went through and I’m not sat waiting for nothing.
