Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

so after a 2 week period the best up date I get is your order is on track but still no date EE Ur a disgrace of a network and how you treat Ur customers is wrong I'm defo not renewing my contract when this one finishes I'm disgusted with how I've been treated I dont understand how you keep getting best network award when you treat Ur customers poorly.

I did my order on the 20th so I’m not really expecting anything until like the end of next month with the way things are going. It’s unfortunate but it is what it is honestly.

anyone heard ANYTHING about white titanium 256gb pro max at all?

I ordered on the 16th in store for collection and tracking is sitting confirmed since the day of order - estimated 4th october but thought with the recent movements of others id be in luck...maybe haha.

My online tracking was saying estimated delivery 27th sept - 1st October. I’ve checked again this morning and it’s now saying “awaiting confirmation” so I have no idea anymore. Mine is white PM 256gb

I got the DT pro max 512GB and nothing at all…

Someone in the other thread has said theirs has updated on the tracking for the same spec! Fingers crossed they are starting to work through the 512GB now

My partner has just gone to do her upgrade for the WT PM 512GB and asked the agent what’s the estimated delivery and he replied “Well we can’t say apple aren’t sending us thousands of phones we are getting drips and drabs and they don’t even get put in the shelf’s in the warehouse” so I don’t even think EE know what to say to people now the agent did say “We were the biggest pre order seller in the EU” so for me that speaks volumes took a load of orders and can’t get them under control!

Yeah I’m sure they’re doing their best. It all remains to be seen what will happen next week but hopefully a large chunk of people will have their phones delivered to them.
