Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Hi sorry to jump on but im wondering about my iphone 16 pro max and when i could expect it to be dispatched is there a way you can find this out?

I have received an email saying my order is on track and due between 27th - 1st however even with my order number I can’t track on the website ? 

can anyone help me out here as I’ve used both number and email and nothing seems to be working .

You need to make sure with ee that your order is really on track by ringing them up, otherwise you never know they say to you your order didn’t go through and then you have to wait another 28 days, normally the tracking  should work with the email address or phone number linked to the ee account

I just got the same email but mine is estimated for the 4th-8th october...appreciated the email tbh

So I ordered my phone at eight minutes past one on the 13th. I ordered a iPhone 6 pro Max one terabyte in desert titanium. I was told all along that I was gonna get it on release date. Never arrived and then I had my tracking changed to the 23rd of September to the 4th of October. I was literally just now on the phone trying to find out if there was any more information for the bloke to then tell me yeah sorry it’s gonna be over 28 days. 

as I was on the phone with him I got my pin texted to me by DPD and it looks like it’s going to be delivered tomorrow! So the moral of the story is whatever info the customer service people at EE have got it’s an absolute load of rubbish, but just as importantly it’s not their fault they can only deal with the information they have so don’t get annoyed with them. Don’t get frustrated with them. They can only deal with what they’ve got.

Yes that’s absolutely true they can only provide with the information they have got there self.

My estimate delivery date of my iPhone 16 pro max 512gb is the same as yours and I’ve just got my DPD text so I’m guessing they are making there way through orders which is a great piece of mind
