Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Yes that’s true , but at least we have got an expected date if they are really coming next week then we don’t have to worry about at least saves the time to ring them 😂

Oh, the joy of preordering! I mean, what's better than walking into an EE store on the 13th of September, thinking you're ahead of the game, locking down the all-important iPhone 16 Pro Max, only to now be told, "Oh, actually, it might take up to 28 days due to stock issues." Seriously, what’s the point of preordering if I’ll get it at the same time as someone who strolled in a month later? Preordering is supposed to mean *priority*, but apparently, it’s more like, “Thanks for your enthusiasm, now wait in line like everyone else." Won’t be wasting my time with that again!

You'll need to contact the store if you ordered via them rather than online.
Like every Apple release it is down to supply and demand and Apple who control stock availability.

This is the first time I’ve upgraded via EE online at launch time. Upgraded with Affordable Mobiles before they stopped being partnered with EE and upgraded in January last year with EE over the phone.
since my order confirmation online, I have had absolutely no additional comms from EE about my pre order?! The tracker doesn’t work and trying to get any information is a nightmare. The email suggested I’d have it on launch date, but I now don’t even know if I still have an order?! Very disappointing.

Everything is indicating towards next week so we should get it by then because I received an email as well from we indicating order is on track and the updated tracking for best week 27-1 so hopefully should go smoothly then

Ordered on 13th, within an hour off being able to.
Had to pay £100 anytime upgrade fee which I was not that bothered about. XKO number given on 13th, 004 order number given on 14th.
Device is due to be delivered 4-8th October - not good enough in my eyes.
Ordered 16PM Black 256gb.
Hopefully it comes through quicker.

What is the 004 number as I ordered mine on the 13th and I just got my 004 number about an hour ago but still I'm unable to track anything
