Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

just wondering when did you order your phone. i ordered mine on the 18th however had to call them as it didnt go through. i called them again yesterday about the tracking and they said the tracking will work once dpd sends confirmation

No the tracking wasn't updated it was just word of mouth so I don't fully trust it

I done my upgrade - iPhone 16 pro max 256GB Desert titanium on Tuesday 17th September 2024 I done this over the phone with a agent who then took a upfront payment as it was a upgrade, I have then since phoned and everything fine with my order just waiting for it to be picked and packed.

Well I was first come when I made my order within 7 minutes of launch. Not my fault their order system failed so they should have and haven’t fulfilled dispatch day delivery.

I had an issue with my ordering too and they seems very much unable to push any order ahead of any places before it in all the conversations I've had

I'll probably call tomorrow, however, knowing how these past 2 days have gone, I'm probably in the batch that has to wait up to 28 days for their phone

I ordered my iPhone 16 pro max 512gb desert titanium within 3 hours after pre orders had gone live on 13th September. For the first couple of days it said no order can be found then from Monday 16th it simply says order confirmed.
I have heard from EE today it could take another 21 days for DPD to deliver it and suggested I track it on their app. Problem is I have no tracking number so I’m clueless when to expect it.
I asked if I could collect it from the local EE store but was told it don’t work like that. Yet I’m free to cancel the contract if I wished. It’s all f##ked up and as loyal customers deserve better.

After being on the phone to an EE guide it looks like my pre order was seen as an open order and now wont be delivered for 28 days, which sucks quite abit hopefully i get it in sooner than that, seems kinda pointless to pre order if stuff like this happens tbh
