Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

I could have traded my phone in under upgrade anytime today, but I paid £480 to early upgrade instead of using Upgrade Anytime this year. 15PM is worth more so can actually profit off it. Hopefully next year the early upgrade fee is around the same, so just do that again. 👍🏻

My 1tb pro max natural titanium i was told delivery within 21 days at the time i finished the order on the phone at 13:10, it's really annoying why we are being told later delivery dates.

Yeah it’s frustrating! I’m abroad 4th October onwards. Hope I can get it sorted. As I have to trade in my old phone within 2 weeks of receiving the new one

The queue system was quite well done on the EE website. They obviously expect crazy traffic. Snagged my desert titanium pro max expected for release date. I have been let down with the battery on 12 pro max and 14 pro max so I hope this is different.

16 Pro Max 1tb ordered with 3 sim upgrades 😎. Was torn between getting the white I always get or the natural titanium. Natural Titanium won this time round
Never had an issue with delivery everytime I ordered the new iPhone on preorder the tbh - but best of luck to you all.

That’s so true around 2 yesterday the whole ee system was down they didn’t let some people sign there new agreement because they were receiving a lot of calls at the same time

I have completed my upgrade, but on there is a £25 minute one accessory added.
I didn’t request this, neither did I get told anything about it?? I also didn’t take out EE’s insurance. I didn’t pay anything upfront either.
if no one has any idea I might phone up in the week and check.
