Those who claim to still have the anytime upgrade. Have you checked your email where it gives a breakdown of whet you ordered. If it’s not stated there. The. You don’t have it.

That’s a good shout doesn’t say anything about it

Just off the phone and they finally agreed to waive the £100, however they have categorically said Anytime Upgrade no longer exists and that next year the only way to upgrade would be to pay the contract off which I’m told would be in the region of £900. He went to check this with his manager as well before confirming it. The 16PM is only a small upgrade to the 15PM, think I’ll be sticking with the 15PM for another year now. First time I’ve not got a new iPhone on launch day.
Gutted but really can justify paying the same monthly price with no Anytime Upgrade benefit, don’t think EE have handled this well at all

On the bill it just says 20% perk and then the amount. I’ll call again in a few weeks once the hype has died down and see what is said but there is no way I’m going to pay roughly £30 a month more than I’m currently paying for the difference between the two models.

on EE website under legal bit, I was told that the full works did have it. I asked like 5 times.
Upgrade Anytime: You can upgrade anytime so long as you have had your plan for at least 15 days and are up to date with all your payments. You’ll have to pass a credit check and your new plan must be of the same or higher value. You may have to pay an early upgrade fee and we’ll tell you this before you upgrade. Your old device must be returned in full working order, be able to power up, with any security features such as Find My iPhone disabled, otherwise damaged/missing device charge may apply, see ee.co.uk/upgrade anytime for charges. Your device cannot be returned so ensure all contacts and data have been backed up before sending it to us.

Just saw above- are we saying next year we can't give back and upgrade with upgrade anytime anymore?
In other news I had confirmed the 16PM 256gb in White at 1:15 so hoping for a release day delivery lol
