Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

I’m absolutely livid 3-6months before I can apply for another line now because I cancelled absolute joke ee is, wouldn’t have requested to cancel if I would have known this… just gonna buy a 16plus and be done with ee 🫠

I don’t no why EE are doing this to people as I also have really bad credit I had an additional line at this point two lines on the account they upgraded the oppo x5 find pro phone so I sent my iPhone 15 pro max of they said they made a mistake and upgraded the wrong phone so they wiped the oppo plan completely as I had three months left so then I only had one plan on my account and now my oppo is out of contract. I haven’t got that phone now as I sold it. I had to cancel the order as they upgraded the wrong phone so then straight away I was able to upgrade my iPhone 16 pro max 256 that took ages to turn up. I opened a case with EE as it didn’t arrive on time so that day I re ordered the bigger memory still the desert titanium 512 GB I had the message from DPD by 3pm and then my phone turned up the next day. I have sent my other iPhone (15 pro max) of today for the trade in upgrade and now I’m waiting for my other number to go to pay as you go so I can transfer it to my new iPhone 16 pro max sim this should be done on the 1st. It’s so confusing why they can do it for some and not other people x

Just please don’t cancel for bigger memory as they said to me they canceled
it on the 8th I tried to get bigger memory and they wouldn’t allow as I
wasn’t eligible for additional line. I’m gutted 😭

iPhone 16 Pro Max 5G 256GB Desert Titanium ordered on 21st Oct had an expected dispatch of 28 days from date of order. 

It's worth downloading the DPD app so you'll be notified with the tracking details as soon as this has been dispatched.

It’s still shouldn’t be long for the phone now if ordered beginning
October. Shocking how long people are having to wait. I’m up for upgrade
Sunday and if I’m waiting ages for my phone more than a 3 days il he
cancelling again
