Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Exactly luke this is what I can’t understand. I’m going to ring them today
and say but you could cancel my order but not place another one. I do
remember them saying that there systems are down at the same time why
cancel then not able to place another if I was a new customer ringing to
place an order though they would be able to help with app discounts ect

They told me it was a 2 hour wait yesterday so I wrote out my message first off, and then every 30 minutes or so I just kept sending … because they can sometimes think you’re not there apparently. 
I really hope you get somewhere today! I don’t know why it’s so easy for some to do it and some not to! My phones coming today, I’ve got my time slot already and that was after cancelling and reordering at 4:27 yesterday.

I’d try again corale they should be able to cancel your order and place
another they have for others put a complaint in

That’s amazing gee hope you get it and don’t think it’s same as others like
people say the 16 not different than the 15. But il be ringing them back
today as they said I have to ring Sunday to get this sorted my partner is
getting impatient now

It is shocking, I won’t close my case though because not everything has been sorted on my account so untill they sort it out I will keep my case open

Yes I don’t blame you on that one hun. I’m with sky got aim only deal so
next year or the year after il he getting a phone with them instead as
there cheaper and heard get phone on a few days
