Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Aww no that’s awful, maybe the systems have crashed. Have to put a complaint in? 

Oh yes I will be doing. He’s told me not to ring tomorrow or Saturday as
still won’t be working. The guy I rung earlier today though he never said
they was working or not. The guy I spoke to earlier was Irish so must have
been over there where call got transferred

The systems were working about 4 ish as I had to change my ps5 over from one account to my new account as I haven’t got 2 plans now. I wouldn’t take any notice and I would try again tomorrow

Yes as they could just be saying that couldn’t get. Il try again tomrore xx

That is very interesting - system was working fine to cancel your order but was not fine enough to place another order. This sounds dodgy as hell and should be followed up to say the least. Did they advise you on their system down to prior to cancelling?

STILL no updates on my 256 reset titanium, I have spoken to several CS agents, they tell me I can’t cancel or swap, unknown reason why, they say it’s because the phone hasn’t been processed but don’t get why I can’t cancel and re order like one people have done, 

I’m going to try and cancel again today, may have to wait a little while as it may be something to do with only being allocated 3 lines with EE and I already have two, but if I cancel this one then one is free, just feel fed up, happy for everyone who’s been able tp get their device or swap/cancel. I’ve checked other networks and they’re delivery is very fast compare to EE.. 😟

Let’s see what utter **bleep** they make up today,

im going to try the chat facility, although every time I try it says 2hour wait and the other day I waited 4.5 hours and nobody joined… 😐

That’s awful service from them. When I asked about the desert titanium 256gb yesterday they said it’s not in stock and won’t be for a while so I said I wanted to leave and he said I can get you the desert titanium 512gb on the same plan and cost so I took that and it’s coming today, good luck with trying again today though I hope you get somewhere. have an active case file open so I said I will only close it once I’ve received my order and everything on my account is correct. They still haven’t changed my husband’s ps5 over to my new line as my other line is going to pay as you go on the 1st November so I can keep my number so they will also be getting a call back today as I don’t want his ps5 cancelled when my other line get closed
