Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

I used androids for so many years and year before last year I got my very first contract phone so I went for an oppo x 5 find pro which was a good phone and brilliant camera and then added an additional line so got the pro max which is better and I preferred the iPhone so I’ve stuck with that now. Which is why they upgraded the wrong phone because I had two numbers on the same account. I’m glad it’s all been sorted now so next year they have said as  have the upgrade anytime so I’m going to wait till next year to decide what to do. I hope you find the right phone for yourself

Rebecca, I have checked from the backend team and as per the details Expect
despatch within 14 days from the order date, as you ordered it on 9th
October, and it is 22nd, so you might get the order within next 24 to 48
hours as per the details. Every delivery detail you will get through text
and email.

I ordered mine on the 8th they said it would have been here yesterday but that changed to the end of the week so hopefully it will be here this week. It’s good there bringing the delivery days down now

Just spoken to customer service and been told they don’t know what this is changed on the re website as the wait time is still 28 days and they won’t have them in stock definitely this week … I’m so so tired of listening to different stories , EE is awful customer service !
