Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Honestly at this point I think nobody no what’s going on because we are all being told different things (excuses).  It’s absolutely ridiculous tbh, I feel like the wait just keeps getting longer and longer been waiting over 2 weeks now. By the sounds of it I’ve got a lot longer to wait😭 think this will be the last time I will be going with ee after this mess.

When will my Iphone 16 Pro Max Arrive? Does anybody know? I had ordered it last month. And still no notification from DPD 🤔

Hey hassan,  if I’m being honest nobody knows. Unfortunately loads of people have ordered the pro max so honestly it just depends where you are in the queue. Apparently they are being shipped out the same day they go into the warehouse because the stock for them is so low compared to the demand for them (which is very high). It’s just a waiting game at this point, I ordered my pro max last month too and I’ve heard nothing aswell. Don’t worry ur not alone we are all in the same boat here. 👍🏼

I ordered a pro max about 10 days ago, 

Got conformation of order but no estimated date of delivery. Still nothing on a date. I looked at cancelling and going with the standard pro but that still has a 4-5 week shipping time. I wonder how many people ordered more as an impulse and now have cancelled altogether as they have had more time to thing about it because they can’t get the hands on the new phone right away,

I can’t understand how companies like Apple can underestimate the demand for a handset. I really can’t see it being down to keeping demand high as iPhones will always be a premium product. I’m guessing all the networks are in the same boat as EE and are shipping as fast as they can get their hands on fresh stock.

Hi, i have just recently been in contact with EE and they did say it would not take longer that a month from the day of order. So fingers crossed we all receive out products in time 🙏

Really? Longer than a month? That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard this month.

I placed my order last month on the 25th and got told to wait at least 21 Days. I think its because of the pre-orders and high demands.

I’m really annoyed at this because their website still states 21 days for the pro max I ordered. No one is forcing them to have 21 days on their website. Ill be annoyed if i have to wait longer than 21 days for it

It is very frustrating. Especially as you would have thought that apple and the phone companies would be able to predict as large initial demand and make sure that they have the stock to cover it, especially for the standard configurations . 

I can understand companies not wanting to sit on loads of stock for fear of it not selling, but the latest handsets from large manufacturers isn’t much of a gamble, surely?
