Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

I ordered on the 15th sept the pro max BT 1TG and I’ve had nothing since the confirmation email. I don’t even have an estimated date.

Hi Everyone, I was expecting delivery on Friday but I have just received both the iPhones I ordered, they are in my hand now!  Good Luck to everyone with a delivery slot today and a pin, it seems theyre coming out now!

My tracking page hasn’t changed since I pre ordered on the 14th no estimated delivery nothing I called ee on Tuesday to be told I’d be waiting 28 days then I got a text from DPD with my pin 7:30am this morning

Glad to hear yours is on the way, just shows that the EE guides are not able to give the right information so people shouldn't be taking what they say as truth.

Of course in your situation was but more uncertain as you didn't have a date, but for anyone who has a date on the tracking just stick to that and tbh alot of people who had 4th - 8th are getting their phones now so may come earlier

Hi

I ordered an Iphone16 black 128gb sim free on 20th Sept online via EE finance, I have received my EE (by Glow) finance agreement, paid £200 deposit , but I have not received an order confirmation email from EE or any other info when this is to be sent.

Any idea when this confirmation will be sent, or indeed the handset itself ?.

It seems to me that the dispatches are happening on a storage size and the time of when an order was placed basis. At least that’s the trend I’m seeing in this thread.

Order confirmed email at 15:54 on 13/09

Delivery estimate of 27/09 - 01/10 received on 20/09 via email.

Dispatched notification: 25/09 13:55

Delivery: due late afternoon today.

My 16 PM 1TB BT is meant to be delivered on between the 4th-8th October, hope it comes earlier but im checking daily now for updates
