Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Hi I ordered the iPhone 16 pro max desert titanium 256gb on the 20/09/24, does anybody have any updates on there orders as it’s been pretty quiet since the first batch got sent out, I know when I ordered I was told on the phone it’ll be dispatched within 21 days, wanting to see if anyone has had better luck with theirs. Thanks

Did you try to track with the phone number or email address linked to the account ee account?

Yup tried both and got the same result. Even on my account, it says no active orders. ive rang ee and they said order has gone through

At this time, we can only provide tracking for orders with a pay monthly device. Items ordered with our superfast delivery service and some orders with multiple items also can't be tracked.

If you've ordered a pay as you go handset or device, or an EE SIM Only, your order should arrive within 48 Hrs. Keep an eye out for SMS or email updates from EE.

I can confirm I got my pin! So my order is on the way for tomorrow hopefully.

Snap! Same, Black Titanium 256GB, been sent SMS by DPD with pin but no delivery slot yet

I also ordered the Desert Titanium as a surprise, but that still says order confirmed, hopefully not much later than the weekend!

Did you have an estimated delivery date before you got your DPD text message there?

I ordered a Black Pro Max 256GB on Monday 16 Sept and I just got a text from DPD that they're expecting my package from EE and provided a pin. So I'm probably on for Friday -- fingers crossed!
