Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Has anyone else ordered recently? I done my upgrade the 22nd for Black PM 512GB. Spoke to EE this morning and they said it’s 4 week wait but was told I would move up the list of people cancelled. 
My order says awaiting confirmation

I ordered the same handset on 13th which was confirmed at 15:56 the same day… am still waiting and have the generic estimated dispatch window of 27th to 1st

I'm still waiting from that date too but smaller storage, people with that esitamted date are getting through message. So hopefully ours will be coming very soon to meet that date or even before.

That seems to be what it shows until the confrim a date so will just be a case of waiting for that to change now. Could easily be less then that estimate if people cancel or swap to the pro as some have seeing as its a shorter wait time.

I ordered on the 14th dessert titanium and my tracking doesn’t give me a estimate delivery I was told by EE yesterday it could take up to 28 days

My tracking wasn’t working as well till Monday when I got text message from EE saying that the order is on track and I got completely different order reference number. I can track it now.

it seems people that did theirs later are getting fortunate? I went for desert titanium pm 512GB on the 20th and my order is still “awaiting confirmation”.

I mean I’m in no rush at all, when I spoke to them this morning he did say the delay wait is getting longer and that’s why they change the website back to Pre Order. If I ordered from Apple Directly it says 16th - 28th October which is around the time EE are stating. 
Fingers crossed it’s sooner but not hoping for anything!

I think it gets to the point now when its about what you ordered as much as when, because you may of ordered earlier then someone else but you might be further down the list then them if they ordered for a different colour or GB size.

I ordered 2 Pro Max 256 Natural on the 16th and just had the DPD text to say they are expecting my parcel 😄
