Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Community of livid people just chill it’ll come when it comes If you phone EE it won’t push you up the order. Either cancel or wait 😂🤷

This year many people have gone from pro’s to pro max’s and that’s the reason the ee system was totally distrupted, but if your order was still gone through and if your track it then you can see a new message on the tracking saying your order is on track so the 28 days is just an estimate you can get it as soon as next week it all depends on the demand on how they are processing the orders

I received my email with my order number however whenever I go to track it, it comes up with Sorry, you can't track this order type just yet.

This means your upfront payment will be returned to your bank should be pending still and your order has failed.

the upfront has gone through not pending, also i rang yesterday and they said my order had gone through so..... great experience

Still no text from DPD. I chose pickup in store.
Email confirming the dispatch received saying phone is with DPD received on 19th
Ordered on 14th in store,
i will go to store tomorrow and hopefully get the phone.
Any other suggestions??

People that ordered on the 14th including myself (online) not sure about in store, are being told 21 days from the day you ordered 🗣️🗣️🗣️

Have you tried using your phone number and email address linked to your ee account and order ?

If it still doesn’t show anything or track anything you should ring up the ee customer line 150 and then speak to the technical team they will sort it out then
