Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

13th Sepetember, was on the phone at 1pm signed all docs then the system went down. fully sorted at 5:20pm. Think they pushed it through becuase i was his first customer that day.

Ah ok. The post is to help those who have the same order status as mine and received no texts from EE or DPD about delivery. I messaged them as I thought there was a problem with the order, but turned out that its all fine.

My natural titanium 16 Pro Max 256GB has been delivered by DPD.
ordered last Friday and confirmation came around 2pm.
hope everyone who is still waiting or been mucked about by EE gets theirs soon!

Bought the pro max 256gb in black on the 13th just before 3pm. Put down a slight upfront payment and went with the full works plan since I got a deal on it due to also having ee broadband.
0 Emails aside from the initial XKO order confirmation.
Contacted live chat 2 days ago... got told everything is fine and I will get my EE + DPD email/messages soon. Got nothing today so decided to contact them again. Got told there was an issue and they need to re-do the order... getting told 3-5 working days which I find hard to believe.
Called up just now and got told basically the same, with a delivery time of more than 28 days... cancelled the order and will be trying my luck with a couple other places that can get it to me a bit earlier.
I wouldn't be annoyed if I had to wait a bit longer for the delivery, but 28+ days is a bit much, and the communication/organisation from EE has so far been pretty poor 😕
