Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Just been on the phone to EE. They offered me £20 as apology. But informed be that although I have waited 28 days so far (& promised it would be no more), I would have to wait at least another 21 days!

EE, you are a Joke! Also, the most expensive place to buy the device!

I ordered a iPhone 16 pro max 1tb desert titanium via a phone call on the 17th of sept (confirmed after further call 18th). Spoke to customer services multiple times & was assured it would be delivered by 14th of October the very latest. Surprise, no phone. What a joke of a company!!

Ordered iPhone 16 Pro Max WT 256GB on the 21st September. Heard nothing and no status change on the tracking since.

however today I notice the status on the EE website has changed to “ORDER ALLOCATED” . I have not received any email or text updating me of this though, so wondering what happens next or is this just the system playing up and not being accurate.

My DPD text and pin just arrived. Should be with me tomorrow morning. Exactly 2 weeks from ordering to delivery for me.

Had my Pin and confirmation from EE and DPD so my phone is coming tomorrow happy days

 Yeah thanks and all that  EE, we all love a freebie but I would have preferred the phone to go with it though. Explains why I never received my PIN now.

Ordered an IPhone PM White 256GB in early September. 
There has been no update on my order. 
I have phoned once a week to chase my order status and I have been told something different on every call. Simply they just want you off the phone so they will tell you whatever.  
My most recent call was today and I was told these models and colour would be well over the 28 days expected and it my be a further 21 days after that. There was even a point where she advised me to cancel the order and go elsewhere as it may be quicker to start again elsewhere. This really did not inspire any confidence with EE. If I had known all this I would have never gone with them

I ordered the natural titanium 512 pro max, literally 14 days ago as of the time of the dispatch text from DPD.

what will i do now i’m no longer consumed with waiting for this phone delivery 😂

I ordered mine on 10th October and it appears it will be a very long waiting game. Mine was black titanium 256GB and now I wish I had gone for higher storage, possibly it would take less time to arrive
