I ordered my phone in store 31st October to be delivered in store, not sure if this makes a difference with receiving the handset and if it takes longer to receive it if it is delivered in store or not?
I spoke to someone after calling 150 and they said that they can't tell me any updates, other than it could come in the next few days or it could be another 14 days!!! I have never known a network to be so disorganised, the guy was great and offered for to cancel and reorder which didn't make sense to me
BUT I just had a look on the Vodafone website for the same phone - iPhone 14 pro deep purple 128gb and they now have them in stock when two days ago they didn't so what is going on with EE and their stock as 02 also have stated delivery in a week, when a few days ago it was 2 weeks-3 weeks.
What is going on?

I have the same issue with the pro max i got an update saying it is on track but didnt mean much as the order still states awaiting confirmation

Please allow up to 21 days for your phone to be dispatched. If you'd prefer to switch to a model that is in stock, please get in touch on 150.

I was told within 14 days from the 31st so if you can please confirm that what is now being said is that I will have to wait an addition 21 days?

As discussed in your other thread, the correct delivery guidance at the time your order was placed was 'expect dispatch within 21 days'. Please allow 21 days from the date of your order for your phone to be dispatched.

And as I said, it didn't state 21 days, it said 14 days and I was told this by the guy in the shop and two people I have spoken to on the phone in the last week and a half and you are the only person to say 21 days - even on the website it says within 14 days.
This EE community support team and EE support staff are misleading their customers as we are being told different things.
