I had completed an online order and applied my defence discount code on Friday 4/11, all went through fine. I then received a phone call from EE 8/11 and had to do the whole order again over the phone as they said servers went down and now discount has not been applied and full price showing on my new contract, How do I get my discount re applied to this new subscription?

I need my ee perks account reset, It says there is already an account with my details but when I try to reset password it doesn’t send anything to my personal or work email all junk folders checked.

Do you still have the original code that you used? You should be able to call and give our Mobile Care team that, to get it added.
