i upgraded to a new tablet on 7th nov.told in stock next day del.now told samsung s8 not in stock.will take 14 days.but agent not sure.i have 4 accounts with ee.this is bad customer service.....after 27 yrs with orange/ ee i shall close all accounts for good.ee are getting worse.customer loyalty means nothing.......

@maddog11 A device not in stock isn’t bad customer service at all. EE are waiting on more to come from the manufacturer. They can not keep a new supply coming in they have to run down what they have or they could be left with devices on the shelf if they don’t sell anymore.

Wrong.The agent told me next day delivery.In stock.....end of.****customer service....Im closing all 4 accounts anyway..........

I'm sorry to hear that, @maddog11. It sounds like there could have been a mistake in checking the delivery timescales.
I've checked and the Samsung S8 definitely has an estimated delivery timescale of 'within 14 days'.
