Incomplete Delivery - Missing Items

I ordered 3 temperature sensors off of the EE website because of a black friday sale. Today I got 1 delivered, and the app just says complete delivery with no signs of anymore being delivered or explanation as it says the quantity of 3 was delivered. Think I rang 5 times where Ig ot redirected to the trade in team despite that not being what I selected, 3 then 3 again, who just told me to ring again. I ended up selecting a different set of options to just speak to someone at EE who tried but said I need to use the app and press "Message Us" which doesn't show up as an option. At this point I have no idea who I am supposed to try to contact!

Welcome to the community.

If you call 150 to get through to any of our Mobile teams. They'll be able to check what type of order it was and transfer you to the correct team. From your description, it could be the electronics team that they need to transfer you to.

Could you give it another go and let us know how you get on please?
