IPHONE PRO MAX DESERT TITANIUM ORDER

Good evening, 

I ordered my 16 pro max desert titanium on the 17th and paid outright sim free. I was originally told I would get it on the 20th off the adviser that’s why I placed the order. As you can imagine that wasn’t the case. The only correspondence I have received is that the order has been “acknowledged” and the EE- tracking number you can’t actually track. The app currently says that I will get it when they get the stock but I was just wondering if anyone knew the time frame they waited from the day of ordering before the 20th.

You'll need to keep checking EE order tracking, if this doesn't work then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150. 

Apple own site says 3-4 weeks and it maybe delayed. When your order is due you'll receive a text from EE.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
