I bought an Apple Watch and received the confirmation email. However it’s been a week and it still has not arrived and I have not been provided with any tracking information. I sent an email to the enquiry team yesterday morning and although it says they will get back to me within 16 hours, I still have not received a response. Very disappointed by this service.

Hi,
I called up EE and they said that they can’t do anything about it as they don’t deal with this.
They said to contact EE online store but there is no number for them.
