Order processing

I order an Apple Watch several days ago when ordering it stated it would be delivered in 1-3 days however it’s now been 3 days and it still says processing. 
I have called two separate EE numbers and no one is able to provide any help or information. 
where is this watch, I’m on the verge of calling the order and just going to Apple
