Hi, I placed an early upgrade order yesterday evening, I received the order being processed email but I can’t find it on the tracking section of the website.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
