Hello. my name is Dzhemile, I placed an order from ee online pro max 15 aofon with a charge card but I never received it I had to go back to the depot and get it from there but I have no answer what is going on. could you have any information

You will have to ring customer service, they can take a look for you, there is no account access here.

Have you now received your IPhone? If that is the case, then not sure what information you are looking for, also when did you place your order, what colour and storage size did you order?
