I ordered an iPhone 17 on November 10th and paid £50 upfront but haven't received anything yet.

Which colour and storage size did you order?

I was ordered 17 pro max cosmetic orange colour 256 gb on 10 November

When you placed the order, the timescale for that model was estimated to be that the phone would be dispatched in 28 days, although it did drop to 21 days the following day.

When there is stock available for your order, you'll get a text or email from DPD, or notification in the DPD app if you have that, to let you know it is on the way and when it will be delivered.
