My upgrade was due, so i ordered a new device and new pay monthly plan to renew my perks. My order was placed online on 12 nov ( Samsung Z fold ). As of today, i have had no delivery and my contract has not been updated so EE have put a price increase on my current contract - which is nice !
When you try to track the order, the tracking system says it has timed out so i can not seen what is going on with my order.

I am gutted to hear you have not had any update about your order, did you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number?
