Hello,
I have ordered a new SIM. I received the confirmation mail but nothing after that. When I try to use order number to track, it says "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now." I ordered this SIM over a week ago and today I even received my first bill for it.

SIM cards are sent second class post, so aren't trackable. When did you order it?

It may be worth calling to double check the order or popping into your nearest EE store for a replacement.
